FZG test rig


  • Industry-standard back-to-back gear test rig for lubricant and gear material evaluation
  • Testing of spur and helical gears up to 800 Nm at 100–3000 rpm
  • Scuffing, pitting, micropitting, and wear testing per ISO, ASTM, DIN, CEC, and FVA standards
  • Oil bath and oil jet lubrication with temperature control up to 120°C
  • Results directly usable for gear rating calculations according to ISO 6336
