Custom developed testing systems

Overview

From small micro-mechanical power transmissions to higer power output applications, we have solutions for a broad range of testing requirements. The base testing configurations described below can be customized to achieve the desired mechanical loads, thermal and lubrication conditions, as well as sample sizes. Every testing rig comes in a safe and robust housing, and is equipped with all necessary DAQ electronics and software. Low external operational noise and ease of use guaranteed.

Gear tests

Spur gears

  • Torque up to 15 Nm or higher if required
  • Running speed up to 3500 rpm
  • Sample/environment temperature: ambient to 120 °C
  • With additional cooling module: -40 120 °C
  • Dry running or oil/grease lubrication
  • For torque up to 5 Nm check our MTP-5 system

Helical gears

  • Spur gear testing systems can be upgraded to enable tests on helical gears.
  • Same specifications as noted above for spur gears can be achieved.

  • Worm wheel torque up to 20 Nm or higher if required
  • Worm running speed up to 3500 rpm
  • Sample/environment temperature: ambient to 120 °C
  • With additional cooling module: -40 120 °C
  • Dry running or oil/grease lubrication

  • Torque up to 15 Nm or higher if required

  • Suitable for gear and sliding bearing contact characterization
